What file formats do you need for logos and sponsors?
We accept vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) or high-resolution raster files (PNG, JPG at 300 DPI minimum). Vector files are preferred for crisp, clean printing.
Can you match specific colors (Pantone/HEX)?
Yes. Provide your Pantone number, HEX code, or a color reference, and we'll match it as closely as possible during production.

What if the sizing doesn't fit—can it be exchanged?
We work closely with you during the sample phase to get sizing right. If adjustments are needed, we'll make them before bulk production. Once production starts, sizing is locked in.
Do you help with design if I don't have one?
Yes. Our design team can help you create a custom kit from scratch. We'll work with your brand colors, logo, and requirements to develop a design you love. 

 

Can I re-order the same design later?
Yes. Once a design is approved, we keep the files on record. You can re-order the same kit anytime—just let us know quantities and sizing, and we'll produce it.

Are there setup or design fees?
No setup fees for sublimation designs. Design consultation is included as part of our service. If you need extensive custom artwork, we'll discuss this upfront.

 

Are your products suitable for professional use?
Yes. Our kits are designed and manufactured to professional standards, used by clubs, teams, and brands worldwide. Quality and durability are guaranteed.

 

How do I wash and care for sublimated sportswear?
Machine wash in cold water (30°C), inside out, with similar colors. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Tumble dry on low or air dry. Sublimated prints are durable and fade-resistant when cared for properly.

What is your policy for defects or incorrect items?
We stand behind our quality. If you receive items with defects or errors, contact us immediately with photos. We'll investigate and resolve the issue—whether that's a replacement or refund.
